Product Returns
If you encounter any issues with our products, such as dissatisfaction or defects in manufacturing or packaging, you may request a return or exchange. Please contact the distributor or Company from whom you purchased the product within 30 days of the purchase date. You must provide a reason for the return and include the original receipt or invoice. The distributor will be responsible for processing your request for either a refund or a replacement.
To initiate a return, the distributor should send the products back to the Company along with the original invoice. The Company will either replace the products free of charge or, if you prefer, issue a cash voucher (with Zero BV, PV, APV) for the equivalent amount. This voucher can be used within 30 days to purchase other products.

Buy Back Policy
Our Buy Back Policy is available to distributors who wish to resign and return Arogyalifecare products in good condition. Products must be useable, resalable, unopened, unaltered, and have a shelf life of at least four months.
- Within 30 Days of Purchase: If resignation occurs within 30 days, we will provide a full refund for the products, minus any bonuses paid and reversing the BV, PV, APV associated with the products.
- After 30 Days: For resignations occurring after 30 days, the refund will be based on the distributor’s cost of the returned products, less any bonuses paid, GST, and an 8% service fee.
The Buy Back Policy helps ensure that distributors make informed and prudent product purchases.
